Hello and good morning!
A new day. A new week. A new moment. Some of my favorite things, as many of you know.
Today, we’re focused on just being here. What is it to be here with your breath, body, mind, and heart in this very moment? What a kindness it is to yourself and to others in your life to take this time to just be.
I am reminded this morning of the great Zen master Maezumi Roshi who used to say “Appreciate your life!” There is even a book of his talks with that title. Maybe we can take a little of that into today too: appreciating each breath.
