Hello, friends. Good morning.
In the daily meditations, we’ve been exploring lovingkindness and so connection has been on my mind a lot lately. It’s also a new week (if you have a traditional schedule) and how do we really prepare ourselves for what’s ahead?
Today’s meditation is bringing us to the breath so that we can find maybe a bit of foundation for the week ahead. There also some other themes here: connection, kindness. What is it to not just practice being with the breath, but also being kind to ourselves when our minds wander? How does that move out from our meditation and into the world?
