If you aren’t a daily subscriber, this is the first time you’re hearing from me in a while. Hello again. I’ve been working through an incredibly challenging season of life to say the least. I’m finally feeling able to slowly dipping my toes back into sharing with you.
If you’ve been away from meditation for awhile, this is a great time to return as we’ll be focused on short meditations for a bit. I’m hopeful they’ll be opportunities like this one: a pause to re-center, ground, and come back to yourself.
Our meditation today is a chance to take a little break in your morning. Whether you’re having a busy day or perhaps you’re off for a holiday, I hope this finds you at just the right time.
